He oversees efforts to develop fuel cells<br \/>that are competitive with incumbent and emerging technologies for transportation and cross-cutting<br \/>applications. He also leads Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act provision activities to enable<br \/>manufacturing and recycling of clean hydrogen technologies. Dimitrios has 25 years of\u00a0combined<br \/>experience in research, technology development and\u00a0management in areas related to surface science,<br \/>catalysis, and hydrogen and fuel cell technologies. Prior to joining DOE in 2009, Dimitrios was Head of<br \/>Catalyst Development at CMR Fuel Cells. Previous positions include those at the Energy Research Centre<br \/>of the Netherlands (ECN), the FOM Institute for Atomic and Molecular Physics Amsterdam (AMOLF), and<br \/>at the Ecole Polytechnique F\u00e9d\u00e9rale de Lausanne (EPFL).
