REGISTRATION FEES

In an effort to maximize the number of participants, and in particular the contribution of young researchers, we have tried to keep the registration fees to the lowest possible level.

Deadline for Early Bird registration: July 15, 2023. After this date the regular fee applies.

(1) Registration fees include access to scientific sessions, conference material, all coffee breaks, welcome reception, lunches from Monday to Thursday, the daily conference cruise to Ionian Islands on Tuesday and the conference dinner.

(2) Accompanying persons are not expected to attend the scientific sessions. Their fee includes the welcome reception, the daily conference cruise to Ionian Islands and the conference dinner.

REGISTRATION CATEGORIES

Students: includes Bachelor, MSc and PhD students.

Full registration: Postdocs, Professors (full, associate and assistant), Principal Investigators (PIs) and staff scientists.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDING

Registration fees for cancellations requested:

Before July 31, 2023, 80% of the fee paid, will be refunded.
From August 1, 2023 are not refundable

Please notice that Bank transfer charges will be paid by the participant.
